Privately owned and operated, Broad Stripes Golf Club is a semi-private, 18-hole, links style championship golf course designed by Steve Newgent.
Water can come into play on eight holes of this par 72 layout that measures 6,852 yards from the championship tees, 6213 yards from the intermediate (white) tees and 5045 yards from the ladies tees.
The Club offers ample golf cart parking, "Florida's friendliest Pro Shop," a new golf swing practice area, onsite lessons, and more.
What's in a name? The name “Broad Stripes” resonates deeply with the spirit of the game and the pride of our community. Inspired by the powerful lyrics of The Star-Spangled Banner, “Broad Stripes” serves as a tribute to the courage and patriotism of our nation’s veterans and the many golfers who call the club home.
The course is a sanctuary for veterans and patriots, where national pride is integral to the game. The name also nods to “striping the ball,” a term familiar to golfers who take pride in perfect shots down the fairway.
