Free Weights


Description
Stonecrest’s Free Weights class helps to promote healthy and functional living skills by keeping residents active. The class seeks to improve balance, focus, agility, and motivation to exercise. Class participants use 2- to 5-pound weights, a resistance band, and a 10-inch ball.

MEETING DAY/TIME

Monday and Friday from 8:45 – 9:30 a.m.
Wednesday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m.
