Easy Tai Chi

Description
Improve your flexibility, balance, strength, and your physical and mental health with Easy Tai Chi and 4-Minute Fitness!

One of the best ways to age gracefully is to increase flexibility — both mentally and physically. Tai Chi will increase the flexibility of many of your joints, especially your core and spine. Just a few minutes a day may promote these benefits:

  • Increased energy and vitality — feel alive again!
  • Reduced arthritic and back pain
  • Improved balance and reduced falls
  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Improved balance
  • Improved circulation
  • Increased flexibility
  • Better sleep

Easy Tai Chi is a carefully developed method and approach to Tai Chi that makes it easy, beneficial and fun — right away! You don’t have to wait to learn 108 traditional movements or even a traditional short (24, 36, 42 movement) form. Easy Tai Chi can be done in just two or three movements.

The class also exposes students to Qi Gong, yoga and other gentle martial art forms for a well-rounded, whole-body, low-impact form of exercise.

Your Instructor: Easy Tai Chi and 4-Minute Fitness is taught by certified instructor Marshall Albarelli. Marshall has 52 years of experience in many forms of the martial arts. He taught martial art classes in 1967 while serving in the Marine Corp in Okinawa, and received his Tai Chi teaching certificate in 2019.
