Core & Stretch
Description
Join our Core & Stretch class to improve core strength, flexibility and overall balance. Class participants need to bring a large exercise ball to sit on. Class combines stretching, cardio, yoga, pilates, and sitting/standing/moving the ball. (New students, please practice sitting on the ball several times before attending this class for the first time, as it can be a bit tricky.)
Core & Stretch features a combination of stretching exercises along with aerobics, yoga and pilates. The class is taught by an in-person instructor.
